Heaven & Hell - Discovering the truth, the whole truth and a few surprises

Fact or fiction. Harps and clouds. Fire and brimstone. What’s true?

Some comments:  “Heaven is for good people; hell is for bad people.”  “We all end up in the same place.”  “I’ll find out when I’m dead.”

Some questions:  Do they really exist? How can a God of love send people to hell? Will hell last forever?  Where are dead people now? What’s the final judgement? Can I be sure of going to heaven? 

For too long the Church has, in general, simplified the one and ignored the other. Jesus spoke a lot about both and it’s time to face facts even if it’s uncomfortable. Our eternal destiny was a matter of life and death for Jesus and one day will be a reality for each of us. Andy considers various views and opinions, deals with sticky issues, but most of all seeks to focus our attention on what the Bible says, especially the teaching of Jesus.
